★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay there, you can't beat the location right on Ave Madero. In the middle of a popular pedestrian only commercial hub. You can find many name brand stores on that street if you plan on doing any shopping. I only spent 3 nights here but I would stay there again. You have to see the front desk for a lock to the security box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location but be aware that it doesn't have heating or air-conditioning.
Also the early check in fee of $500 pesos I think is a bit excessive.
Other than that it's a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The service is absolutely atrocious, the whole hotel is sterile, and I was overcharged for my stay. Do not stay here unless you want a terrible hotel experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location - in the heart of CDMX. You are right on the pedestrian street and very close to all sightseeings.
Hotel itself is fine - nice bed, polite staff, super clean. The room we got was very small. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive for what you get.
The hotel is good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand old hotel. Built in 1924!Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. No heat or AC in rooms. There is a fan. Pedestrian walkway in front of hotel. (Meaning you can not drive up to front door) Taxi will drop you off & you will need to walk to front door, about 75 feet or so. In historical district.

The price is good for the location and it’s clean. Worth it cause you have everything near.
