V	Vicky Mileva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay at Riu Lupita.theathmosphere was great, we had some fluffy friends around as well. 1. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and kind 2. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every single day. Thank you, housekeeping! You are the best! 3. We had all the room amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The mini bar was restocked every 2 days 4. The pools were very clean and pleasant 5. The food was amazing with great variety!!! 5 stars! 6. Great cocktails and drinks. We loved it! 7. The animation was very good, we enjoyed the shows, the pool party and the games! 8. The beach was great even though we had to catch the bus. There is a shortcut through the golf field but sometimes they are not allowing to pass by. Thank you all for the great experience!!!
L	Lucik L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this resort . The food was ok. Drinks also . But you don’t get the “good alcohol “. The room was nice too. BUT to go to the beach you have to go with a bus. Yes there is a hotel bus I think every 0.5hrs to go to the beach and back. You can get off before and go to the city. Last bus from the beach to the hotel was 18:45. Otherwise you can walk to the hotel . It’s not very far but still.. it will take around 20min. There is a pool on the beach and snack bar and a bar. Really nice beach ? soft sand and nice water.

Breakfast buffet is massive and the selection should fit everyone. Lunch and dinner are below standard and lacks the extra attention you normally get in a restaurant. Bars are plenty and can make almost everything. The only thing I disliked were the immense noise everywhere in the hotel, from music and loud guests a lot of them very drunk almost 24/7.

Free parking. Free bus to the beach, but also nice 30-minute walk possible ;) Beach club with bar, food, swimming pool and beds. I would highly recommend ?

My son had low blood sugar and refused to allow me to take a plate out of the restaurant with sweets for him. I saw people taking plates of food and cups of coffee from there every day. Other than him, the resort is pretty good, food really good and the activities staff jeep things hoppin'. Reception service is GRADE AAA

Instead of asking the guest participating in silly tasks - they are preparing the program on every day basis. Diverse diets , great New Year eve party. If you are looking for the hotel where you are going to spend all the days in the hotel - probably this is not the best option, but as for me - I do recommend the hotel. Thank you to the staff ?

Management is really professionally, staff is very kind they do a great team work. There is an entertainment team, they are also lovely. Gym is great. They have 2 pools and one kids zone. There is a hotel shuttle bus which is running in every 30 minutes between the hotel and 5th Ave, and also stops at the Riu Lupita Beach club. We definitely would stay again.

The staff is really friendly and do everything in their power to make your stay awesome. The all inclusive is really good with lots of food choices. You have the choice of three restaurants to eat dinner, an Italian, a Mexican, a grill and a buffet restaurant. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the minibar is complimentary and restocked every two days. The hotel is not right at the beach. However, there is a shuttle bus to the beach that leaves every 30 minutes and takes only 10 minutes. The hotel is placed in a big gated community which gives a very safe feeling. All in all this is an awesome hotel for a relaxing and fun holiday in Mexico.
