Great place for winter sunshine. Nice and relaxing on the beach. The late afternoons and evenings can get loud/busy when the alcohol kicks in and the groups get vocal. Pools aren't as clean as they look, we did scuba lesson and the pool closest to the towel hut was disgusting... Avoid the swim up bar.... the group of young adults would sit there all day and never seem to need the toilet!!!! All in all, nice place. Well worth the money.

Overall, it's not great. The staff are very friendly and the drinks are good, but the food is horrible. The food is gross, no flavor and the options are extremely limited. No room service and no to-go food from the restaurants (that are only open for 4 hours). The room itself is very basic but it'll do. Wasn't overly clean and there was hair everywhere. Lastly, the doors are extremely loud and I was awake by 8am every morning due to the slamming doors every 5 minutes. In conclusion, don't do it.

We had a wonderful time here. The food was very tasty & had a lot of variety. The bartenders were all very good & extremely friendly especially Mimi, Betty, & Ismael. Betty got me coffee in the morning & Mimi our last evening cocktail. The entertainment team was really fun. All of them would do a good job of getting guests involved. Esteffani & Jazmin were a lot of fun for the evening shows but especially during the day with my kids. Don't miss the Coconut Party.

Staff was pleasant and so kind. Rooms were great too. The staff did a great job getting rid of the sea grass. I woke up every morning to watch the sun rise and walk the beach and they were out there earlier than I was. Food was good. They are kind to the stray kitties that my kids loved. Wave conditions were great. It’s really a hit or miss. One day could be smooth and the next could be your opportunity to be one with the ocean haha. I loved it, will go again.

Decent all inclusive resort. Many different restaurants to pick from, but quality of food is only acceptable. Rooms are clean and free of bugs. But be aware all rooms are open layout between the shower and the bedroom, not good for families. TVs are older and not updated. Wifi works great throughout the resort, but there is a device limit. There are also howler monkeys that live in between the buildings, so you will hear loud screeching at 4-5am everyday. You can drink 24/7, but restaurants close at night. Swimming pools are also during the day only; no swimming at night.

I stayed here for my first ever trip out of my country and I have to say I was not disappointed. The food was great and the staff were all so kind. We tried our best to tip as much as possible but they were not money hungry and didn't make us feel pressured to tip. I felt so comfortable there and our room was amazing. Such a beautiful resort. I will definitely stay again here if I get the chance to. They had the best shows every night and a huge party every friday, also mentioning they are very covid friendly which made me feel very safe. I am so sad to be home!

Food poisoning and zero privacy. We had a birthday party trip with 26 people in early February 2020. A third of our party got a nasty stomach bug which we have to assume was food poisoning. The food was good but it was definitely quantity over freshness. The alcohol was abundant and good, the pool and beach were nice. The classes with Eric were great. But the rooms have no doors to the bathroom area, no way to have privacy for a shower. That may be fine for honeymooners but it’s pretty awful for families. I would not return.

Great resort! Our room was 2 separate beds put together which was strange but it worked. They make you wear masks in outdoor restaurants but only to walk around not to sit. They also only do temperature checks at breakfast, also strange. Overall a great place and hopefully the next time we come back the mask rule will be gone!
