★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos y la alberca estaba verde, obviamente decidimos salirnos, lqs habitaciones sencillas pero tenían mal olor, asi que no lo recomiendom
We arrived and the pool was green, obviously we decided to leave, the simple rooms but they had a bad smell, so I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi habitación no hubo luz, cuando asistí al ver al velador o alguien nadie contestó para que me cambiaran de habitación. En la mañana cuando di mi queja y pedí que me reembolsarán al menos una parte no quisieron. No descansamos para nada, llevamos un par de niños que no pudieron descansar por el calor. Me picaron dos animalitos ahí en la habitación y sumarle el calor. Pésimo servicio que recibí.
There was no light in my room, when I went to see the nightstand or someone no one answered to change my room. In the morning when I made my complaint and asked to be reimbursed at least a part they did not want. We did not rest at all, we brought a couple of children who could not rest because of the heat. Two animals bit me there in the room and add the heat. Terrible service I received.

The pool is clean and spacious, as well as an area for children, it is one of the best places to stay in Palma Sola. The beach is about 10 min walking.
