★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A principios del pasado octubre 2021 nos alojamos una noche mi hermano y yo, y para mi esperiencia a sido muy mala pues mi hermano pago con tarjeta, y despues que regresamos a houston el vio el cobra y fue de 400 dolares, para mi eso a sido un gran robo. Pues la comida y las bebidas las page yo cash.. so el hotel no vale Toda esa cantidad que cobraron.
Anuncian un prescio y al llegar Dan otro presio.
Tengan cuidado viajeros turistas ,que varios hoteles estan haciendo fraude al cobrar , cuando se paga con tarjeta.
 At the beginning of last October 2021 my brother and I stayed one night, and for my experience it has been very bad because my brother paid with a card, and after we returned to Houston he saw the charge and it was 400 dollars, for me that was been a great robbery. Well, the food and drinks are paid for me in cash ... if the hotel is not worth all that amount they charged.
They announce a price and when they arrive they give another price.
Tourist travelers be careful, that several hotels are committing fraud when paying with a card.

I went to a wedding and stayed at the hotel. The whole place is beautiful and I loved it I would go back with my family but now for a walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has adequate service, with understanding staff and a nice view of the sumidero canyon. The sol suite is an apple luxurious suite with a nice ample view of the river. Bathroom is questionable in its design, and it's a trouble to use because of its design. Room service is ok, but quite slow and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel doesn't rate even one star. The room was filthy, and had obviously not been cleaned for many days, or perhaps even weeks. The air conditioning was totally inadequate, and with temperatures around 34C, the room was unbearably hot. The TV was so old it was black and white, and reception so poor it was impossible to watch any of the programs. Internet access was unavailable. Within 15 minutes we decided write off the cost and move out. We actually found a very nice modern and clean hotel just minutes away and at a much reduced rate. My advise; give this one a miss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed one night in this hotel and we were very disappointed. The pictures posted online are diseaving. Not even close to what is listed. We had mice droppings on our beds and coachroaches. The water never got warm in order to take a shower. The staff was also very weird about the AC and TV remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money!

Very clean, very nice, very friendly!
-A one bed room at ~$650 pesos.
-Swimming pools had plant debri and needed minor cleaning.
-Lights flashing thru the windows was a terrible idea, yet there are curtains and the lighs were no big issue.
-The room was clean, rustic and comfortable. A bit small but still enough space for suitcases and walking around.
-A/C works great, a bit noisy but doesn’t bother.
-Parking lot is tiny, struggled a bit with my Odyssey van. Good for small cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flashing lights into the windows was extremely annoying. But otherwise it was adequate. Rooms are pretty rustic. The shower had super hot water which made it a task to adjust since you have to stand in the water stream to adjust it because it is in a wedge shape and the faucets are in the point of the wedge. Really nice staff and very accommodating. Will stay there again because it is clear sailing to the airport from there.
