Falta un bar que pueda darle mejor imagen hacia los clientes. En general es cómodo para una estancia media. A bar is missing that can give a better image to customers. In general it is comfortable for an average stay.
V	Victoria Del Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precio y ubicación accesibles. Pero atención al cliente no es la adecuada. Llevo 10 años trabajando en industria de servicio y su atención aquí es mala. Primera noche no había agua en el baño, baje a avisarles dos veces. Segundo día no había agua caliente ni en la mañana ni en la noche. Pedimos toallas y hasta la segunda vez que se pidieron nos las entregaron. Affordable price and location. But customer service is not adequate. I have been working in the service industry for 10 years and their care here is bad. First night there was no water in the bathroom, come down to warn them twice. Second day there was no hot water neither in the morning nor in the evening. We asked for towels and until the second time they were asked they were delivered to us.

B	Betsabé Camas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones en general: Nuestra visita ha sido "despues" de la tercera ola de Covid, el lugar está un poco descuidado a causa de esto pero nada grave en este respecto. No hay servicio de restaurante debido a las afectaciones económicas de la pandemia. La alberca funciona con normalidad. El estacionamiento es al aire libre, justo enfrente del hotel, hay unos 8 cajones aproximadamente. El aire acondicionado funciona excelente, lo cual es genial en lugares tan calientes. El baño está bien, la regadera y el wc son bastante recientes, el único inconveniente no muy agradable que notamos es que la sábanas están manchadas (no sucias) y eso para nosotros si es incomodo. Aunque debo reconocer que cambian las sábanas diario lo cual es interesante y en dos días las sábanas no tenían manchas. El cuarto no tiene teléfono para comunicarse con la recepción y algo que creo que falta es el pasador que generalmente hay dentro del cuarto en la puerta para mayor seguridad, se lo qiitaron por que la puerta tiene los hoyos para eso. El Internet es malo, básicamente no sirve y la tele está bien tiene lo básico. La atención es buena, y no hubo problemas para la facturación. Recuerda que no es un hotel de lujo, básicamente es un lugar para llegar a dormir y cumple bien su función. The air conditioning works great, which is great in such hot places. The bathroom is fine, the shower and the toilet are quite recent, the only unpleasant inconvenience that we noticed is that the sheets are stained (not dirty) and that for us is uncomfortable. Although I must admit that they change the sheets daily which is interesting and in two days the sheets had no stains. The room does not have a telephone to communicate with the reception and something that I think is missing is the latch that is usually inside the room on the door for greater security, they removed it because the door has holes for that. The Internet is bad, it basically doesn't work and the TV is fine, it has the basics. The attention is good, and there were no problems for billing. Remember that it is not a luxury hotel, it is basically a place to get to sleep and it fulfills its function well.
