★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 3 Estrellas por que el Hotel Estubo muy Bien Cerca de la Plaza y de la Catedral no le di 5 Por que no Tenia Autoservicio y Tampoco el Intenet no Llegaba a mi Avitación me Hospede en la Planta 3 Habitación 305 Tuve que Usar Datos Moviles
 I give it 3 Stars because the Hotel was very Good Close to the Plaza and the Cathedral I did not give it 5 Because it did not have Self-service and Neither the Internet did not reach my Avitation I stayed on Floor 3 Room 305 I had to Use Mobile Data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel lo único bueno que tiene, es su ubicacion ya q se encuentra frente a la catedral. Pero sus instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, camas duras y ruidosas baño demasiado pequeño y eso lo convierte en lugar inseguro. Y la Atencion de una femenina muy mal. NO RECOMENDADO

The only good thing about this hotel is its location since it is in front of the cathedral. But its facilities leave much to be desired, hard beds and noisy bathrooms that are too small and that makes it an unsafe place. And the attention of a female very bad. NOT RECOMMENDED

Pero es costoso 2camas por 1k 3camas por 1.3k
Tiene minisplit ✓ tv cable ✓
Los baños ( reducidos , no dejan los jabones necesarios por cada persona , la puerta corrediza le hace falta mtto. Y se tarda en salir el agua caliente y aveces tienes que llamar para que la habiliten )
Para trabajadores ( si agarra tarjeta ) pero es costoso.
Solo para 1 noche a mi parecer
Hay más económicos que aunque no tengan minisplit son más limpios

It has a mini-split ✓ cable tv ✓
The bathrooms (reduced, they do not leave the necessary soaps for each person, the sliding door needs maintenance. And the hot water takes time to come out and sometimes you have to call to enable it)
For workers (if you take a card) but it is expensive.
Only for 1 night in my opinion
There are cheaper ones that, although they do not have a mini-split, are cleaner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar, muy bonita vista,hay elevador,gente amable,aire acondicionado,baño de buen tamaño y completo, lo unico por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque nunca hubo agua caliente se llamo y visito varias veces recepcion para solicitarla pero solo entiviaba muy poco y ni 2 minutos y nuevamente fria. De ahi en mas esta super centrico y habiataciones de buen tamaño, el wifi intermitente pero funciona para lo basico.
Very good place, very nice view, there is an elevator, friendly people, air conditioning, a good size and complete bathroom, the only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because there was never hot water I called and visited reception several times to request it but It only cooled very little and not even 2 minutes and it was cold again. From then on it is super central and has good size rooms, intermittent wifi but it works for the basics.

2- NO servía el internet
3.-NO servía la Tele(se veía mal)
4-Tardo demasiado el agua caliente
Por una habitación de $1900 la noche, creo que no es justo!!!

Excellent attention at reception and they OFFER you the best services but what do you think???
1- The air conditioning did NOT work
2- The internet did NOT work
3.-The TV did NOT work (it looked bad)
4-The hot water takes too long
For a room of $1900 a night, I don't think it's fair!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large rooms,private bathrooms, family atmosphere, secure location within steps from the San Juan de Los Lagos church and plaza. They have an elevator and main entrance opens up to a market while the other entrance goes towards the parking area and street. Very much recommend.
