F	Francisco Aguirre Manzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, the breakfast was good and they have variety of meals, the room was clean and tidy, the staff were kind and helpful, it is a family hotel, the pool were clean, the location is great, it is in front of the main beach and there are a lot of restaurant near to, definitly it is a good choice.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was a bother. The only major downside of this hotel is the outdoor club that goes from 12am-6am in the vacant block right behind the hotel. If your room backs onto this as ours did, good luck sleeping Thurs-Sat night. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the nightclub.

The staff looked very professional and the pool area was beautiful. We really felt we got into a great hotel for about 10 minutes Our room was right on the pool which could be a great thing if they had better audience coming to the hotel. The crowd was 99% Mexican and it seems like they are allowed to do whatever they want like putting mega speakers with loud music, hanging out smoking and having their screaming children out until 23:00 Needless to say we asked to change rooms and it didn’t happen..! Not amazing experience
D	Daniel Agee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. You can tell this place is ran very well. Someone is always around to attend to your needs. It has a mix of chill and party. We got a room with an ocean view. If you want that view, you’ll have to deal with the night/morning noise which we didn’t mind. But I can see some people would complain. I can’t think of a better location if you want to spend a couple nights in Zicatela and want to enjoy the night life.

The room was very small, with a toilet next to the bed with a makeshift door (so we can feel all the aromas)! For 5 days our sheets were not changed! The internet in the room was almost non-existent, not to mention the huge cockroaches everywhere that we had to kill ourselves! All this forces us to give a low rating to the otherwise nice hotel!
T	T L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are uncomfortable and out dated. I had a room in the back of the building. Noise from the hallways and pool would echo loudly into my room. Price of the room and food is outrageous considering the incredibly low quality.
ל	ליאת מנשה on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been traveling for many years, this is the worst place i ever been, its my first time im writing a bad comment about a place, but it was impossible to sleep. The noise is so strong from parties outside. You cant sleep. I took a "sea view" room , wasnt cheap at all . I planned to stay few nights there but unfortunately had to leave. Really, the worst i ever had.
S	Sustainable Secrets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly, but if you like sleeping, do not stay in an ocean view room. The club across the street plays loud techno until 6 am. I have to put headphones on with a thunderstorm ocean wave soundtrack, and I can still hear the bass thumping. So unless you want a rave in your room until 6 am, I wouldn’t suggest this place. I have this room for 4 days, and I don’t think I can handle one more night of this. I will look for a different hotel tomorrow. Sigh. Time to try and rest a bit; I know sleep won’t be happening here. Update, they moved us to a room in the back. We will see how the sound pollution is tonight.
