★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is only appropriate for those looking for a cheap and centric place to stay, sacrificing some amenities: no hot water, no Wi-Fi, no electrical outlets, no A/C. Also, the rooms have poor noise isolation. If the above is no problem for you, go ahead. It's good to know that you still get a private bathroom.
