Location, location, location. The hotel is close to the excellent neighborhood of La Condessa, lots of restaurants, bars and cafes to enjoy. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room seems clean and spacious.

Hotel perfectly located, clean, in a nice area near plenty of nice bars and restaurants - really recommend it. Perfect for the price. Our first room was by the main large street so it was noisy, but I asked for a room on the other side and they gave it tu us straight away, it was quiet and perfect after our busy days of walking around Mexico!

Stayed here for a week and loved it. It's really well-located, Well-priced and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful- thwy always helped us and answered our questions. The wifi was decent but not great for videocalls It's close to many restaurants, some attractions and near the metrobus. Will stay here next time we're in cdmx

It was clean, safe, and convenient. It was kind of loud at night though, being right next to a busy street I could hear all the cars. luckily I'm a deep sleeper so it wasn't a problem.

You get what you pay for. We booked the cheapest room, which is a one queen bed room. The bathroom with the shower was ok, but the mattress was awful, so soft from overuse, me and gf were rolling in the middle. Additionally the room 310 is looking over one of the busiest crossroads and the noise is 24/7 even with the windows closed, we bought ear plugs. There is no AC and the fan is directly over the bed. It is either you can't sleep because of the noise or you wake up with running nose, headache, and stiffen neck because of the fan. Also the internet was literally none existent, the free gov wifi you can occasionally catch in the park is better than the one in the hotel. On the positive note, the staff is really nice and restaurant is cheap. I cannot tell if all the rooms are that bad and if all are facing the street, but you ever consider staying in that hotel, do make sure you get an insider room.

You get what you pay for. Is it an outstanding hotel? Definitely not. But for the price I think it’s totally worth it! Rooms all include desks which is great for working travelers. If you’re a light sleeper though, I would avoid this hotel since it’s right next to a main road and you will hear everything!
