Enriqueta Gonzáles quien es una excelente anfitriona, muy cordial y trata de hacer placentera tu estancia. Las cobijas y sábanas i-m-p-e-c-a-b-l-e-s y de buen gusto. Por las mañanas sirven un muy nutrido desayuno a bajísimo precio. El costo de la habitación también es muy cómodo. Yo volvería encantada. Gracias por su hospitalidad. You feel at home, personal attention from mrs. Enriqueta Gonzáles who is an excellent host, very cordial and tries to make your stay pleasant. The blankets and sheets i-m-p-e-c-a-b-l-e-s and tasteful. In the morning they serve a very large breakfast at a very low price. The cost of the room is also very comfortable. I would be delighted to return. Thank you for your hospitality.

Aun cuando volví a confirmar mi reservación, su respuesta fue que se les olvido hacerla pero que me podía quedar en una habitación king sice con jacuzzi..... que no ven que voy con mi familia y me ofrecen su cuartucho de motel..... afortunadamente hay mejores opciones, más económicas y de mayor calidad en Chignahuapan..... Very bad service since I made a reservation and they did not respect it, they do not have seriousness in their service or character to serve people. Even when I reconfirmed my reservation, their response was that they forgot to make it but that I could stay in a king sice room with a jacuzzi..... they don't see that I'm going with my family and they offer me their little motel room... ... fortunately there are better, cheaper and higher quality options in Chignahuapan.....
G	Genaro Roberto González Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, un día antes de mi llegada reserve, al día siguiente por la mañana avise que ya había llegado a la localidad pero que a las 6 pm llegaría al hotel y pues nada.... que no anotaron la reservación. Afortunadamente encontre otro hotel más barato y de mejor calidad en el servicio, cerca de centro y con vista a la laguna de Chignahuapan. En mi vida vuelvo a este pésimo lugar con pésimo servicio y pesima calidad en el servicio pues la respuesta fue "a la persona con la que Usted hablo pues se le olvido anotar su reservación".... Terrible service, one day before my arrival I booked, the next day in the morning I told them that I had already arrived at the town but that at 6 pm I would arrive at the hotel and nothing.... that they did not write down the reservation. Fortunately, I found another cheaper hotel with better quality service, near the center and with a view of the Chignahuapan lagoon. In my life I return to this lousy place with lousy service and lousy quality of service because the answer was "the person with whom you spoke because you forgot to write down your reservation"...

Descansas muy bien ya que no hay ruidos de gente o camiones las camas son cómodas y hay agua caliente el servicio por parte del personal es muy bueno It is a bit far from the center, however the rooms are very comfortable there is internet service. You rest very well since there are no noises from people or trucks the beds are comfortable and there is hot water the service from the staff is very good

Las personas que se hospedaron una habitacion enfrente tuvieron música alta toda la noche y no hubo apoyo de recepción para hacer algo, al final solo comentaron que no sabian como callarlos, asi que poco interés y atención para los huéspedes DO NOT STAY HERE, there is too much noise that does not let you sleep. The people who stayed in a room opposite had loud music all night and there was no reception support to do anything, in the end they only commented that they did not know how to shut them up, so little interest and attention for guests
