★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una Reservacion y quedaron de pasarme una cta para hacer depósito la cual nunca me enviaron, llamo 2 dias despues para preguntar status sobre mi reserva y preguntar sobre la cta y resulta que me cambian los precios de 500 a 750 y de Reservar 10 habitaciones ya solo tenían 5 disponibles, NUNCA ME HICIERON MI RESERVA NI LA RESPETARON Y MUCHO MENOS LOS PRECIOS PUES EN OTRA LLAMADA LO SUBIERON AUN MAS 850, hay muy mala comunicación interna y por ende perdi mi reservacion
 I made a reservation and they left me giving me an account to make a deposit which they never sent me, I called 2 days later to ask about the status of my reservation and ask about the account and it turns out that the prices change from 500 to 750 and I reserve 10 rooms now They only had 5 available, THEY NEVER MADE MY RESERVATION OR RESPECTED IT AND MUCH LESS THE PRICES BECAUSE IN ANOTHER CALL IT WAS RAISED EVEN MORE 850, there is very bad internal communication and therefore I lost my reservation

The rooms are acceptable and the bathrooms, but it seems that nobody watches the parking lot, although it has a very good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para descansar, tiene los servicios básicos. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero se tiene lo necesario, cuenta con camas amplias, baño en cada habitación, TV e internet. No esperes vistas panorámicas o ventanas al exterior, tiene ventanas al pasillo y son elevadas asi que dificilmente podrás ver algo. Es una escala para descansar solamente. Las habitaciones me parecieron limpias y el baño suficiente, de buen tamaño. El único pero es que no cuenta con aire acondicionado, tiene ventilador de techo. Sin embargo, Morelia es relativamente fresco.
Good place to rest, has basic services. The rooms are not very big but you have what you need, it has large beds, bathroom in each room, TV and internet. Do not expect panoramic views or windows to the outside, it has windows to the corridor and they are high so you can hardly see anything. It is a stopover to rest only. I found the rooms to be clean and the bathroom sufficient, of a good size. The only but is that it does not have air conditioning, it has a ceiling fan. However, Morelia is relatively cool.
