Horrible experience, bad staff no hospitality no wifi on the rooms, no elevators, bad food on the buffets.

This was our second visit, first in 2019. The complex has aged alot, taking covid into consideration, our expectations were lowered. The uncleanness, food quality, choices and temperature were poor. Virtually no warm water in the rooms for showering. The grounds and beach are unkept as compared to before. Some of the staff were friendly, some not helpful at all. We wished it could have been more enjoyable, and comfortable.

I was there from Christmas 2021 to New Year’s Day. Buffet food was basic, lacking in flavor, but it did the job. For breakfast they don’t add salt to the eggs make sure to request salt it will make it 100% better. The only restaurant we like as a family was the Brazilian one. The meats actually had seasoning and flavor. Drinks were good sometimes too much ice but bees do follow you around if you leave your cup right next to you so make sure you toss it when done In terms of COVID they only check your temp when you arrive the first time. They have hand sanitizer outside every buffet and restaurant. They serve you the food and ask you to have a mask until you sit down to eat. Walking around the resort there are vacationers who don’t care about using their masks. We requested taxis multiple times and most taxis were using their masks. I did have to ask 2 to please use their mask. The massage was amazing. Get it if you have a chance. Lastly the mangoes at the beach were my favorite thing! I would get one everyday.
