★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Place Just like Home Nice Friendly..Quiet Family Oriented..Good Breakfast lots of fresh fruit.. oatmeal GREAT COFFEE GOOD ROOM SERVICE CLEAN POOL ..AND MY CAR WAS SAFE SECURITY PARKING 24/7 ROOM SERVICE ..STAYED THERE 5 DAYS THEY HAVE HANDICAP ACCESS FOR MY 92 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER SHE SAID SHE FELT LIKE SHE WAS AT HOME WITH HER PRIVATE NURSE...I HAD MY OWN ROOM AND HAD MY REST FREE WIFI MY MOTHER WAS HAPPY TO THANK YOU ROYAL GARDEN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked with their website, once I got to the hotel they said they had no reservations under my name. This place uses a booking agency for their online page. Do not use their website, book on site or with hotels.com. Two weeks later they still owe me over 4,000 MXN.
