★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel agradable, todo su personal es amable, y esta super bien ubicado, esta a 15 minutos caminando de la terminal de autobuses ADO, enfrente hay un Liverpool, y por todos lados hay oxxo’s y restaurantes. El hospedaje incluye un desayuno sencillo, pero suficiente. La alberca es pequeña, pero perfecta para que los niños naden sin preocupaciones. La comida y cena tienen descuento sindical. Tienen club de playa, y aunque hay que pagar por usar las sillas, el dinero se va recuperando al consumir bebidas o comidas (es como pagar por ellas por adelantado e incluyendo las sillas). Las camaristas honradas y amables, plancharon y lavaron mi pantalón sin una tarifa específica (se ganaron su propina). Los cuartos tienen un enchufe para cargar celulares y su tv. No tiene mesa para maletas, pero no es tan grave. El balcón tiene VISTA ESPECTACULAR A LA BAHÍA. No tienen sillas ahi, pero nos prestaron sin costo dos, solo las pedimos. EN RESUMEN: es un hotel 100% familiar, cómodo y decente, no tiene lujos, no es un DREAMS, pero con tantos servicios y transporte al rededor, que no lo extraña uno. El unico pero fue que solo habia un elevador en servicio
It is a nice hotel, all its staff is friendly, and it is super well located, it is a 15-minute walk from the ADO bus terminal, there is a Liverpool opposite, and everywhere there are oxxo's and restaurants. The accommodation includes a simple but sufficient breakfast. The pool is small, but perfect for children to swim without worries. Lunch and dinner have a union discount. They have a beach club, and although you have to pay to use the chairs, the money is recovered when you consume drinks or meals (it's like paying for them in advance and including the chairs). The honest and friendly chambermaids ironed and washed my pants without a specific fee (they earned their tip). The rooms have a plug to charge cell phones and your TV. It does not have a luggage table, but it is not so serious. The balcony has a SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE BAY. They don't have chairs there, but they lent us two for free, we just asked for them. IN SUMMARY: it is a 100% family hotel, comfortable and decent, it has no luxuries, it is not a DREAMS, but with so many services and transport around, that one does not miss it. The only but was that there was only one elevator in service

Si tú plan es conocer y salir a pasear El hotel está bien para quedarte a dormir de ahí en más al principio me sentí como si estuviera llegando a cita al IMSS.
La playa aunque sea parte del hotel te cobran por rentar un espacio con sombrilla y mesa de 300 a 500
Hotel in excellent location, clean beach, room with sea view.
If your plan is to meet and go for a walk The hotel is fine to stay overnight from then on at first I felt as if I was arriving at the IMSS for an appointment.
The beach, even if it is part of the hotel, they charge you to rent a space with an umbrella and a table from 300 to 500

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen hotel ? bien remodelado , excelente ubicación aunque el servicio hay diferencias entre las ofrecidas en el sindicato y las que dan en el hotel . Pero aún así muy recomendable , precio accesible y buen ambiente familiar y de descanso
