★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to say this (because I have had good experiences in the past with this hotel) but today has been a total disaster,
The rooms have no air conditioning or ventilation of any kind, Monterrey has a very hot and humid weather which is making the stay unbearable. Our shower overflowing with water, not enough staff to work on it, and very late at night to change hotels.
No response so far as to what the problem is or when it will be fixed.
In the meantime if you are looking to book for the next few days, I advice you verify the problem is fixed before you do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never stay here again. They messed up my bill and had me come and wait in line at 9:30 at night to collect $200 MXN for their mistake. There are lots of other great hotel options in Monterrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to stay here because of how many times we've stayed here before, yet little did we know we had a horrible experience coming. We stayed 3 days & the first day/night we had no problem, we arrived gave the truck to the valet & we checked in very fast. Then, the second day we had to use our truck & when the valet gave us our truck we noticed something completely different, a sound of padlocks underneath our truck where our extra tire is kept. Our extra tire was gone!!! We arrived with it secured & someone stole it. We made sure to check with the manager as well as the cameras & low & behold, there was nothing or no one seen that took it. We even left it in the garage where nobody is suppose to enter. Please keep in mind that we were there for my brother's baseball tournament, why would we make a stolen tire up?? Not one ounce of help was given to us, NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!
