Voy a extrañar mucho el restaurante donde desayunábamos diariamente y nuestro mesero favorito siempre fue Ramiro con excelente actitud en los 4 días que estuvimos en el Safi Royal metropolitan. Mi esposa y yo vivimos en Texas y cuando viajamos siempre nos quedamos en hoteles buenos con buena comida pero aquí en este Restaurante del Hotel la comida y el servicio es de primera. Gracias a todo el personal de Safi metropolitan en San Pedro Garza García. Y definitivamente vamos a regresar aquí. From the entrance door of the Hotel to inside the bedroom of the Hotel the staff were all very professional And they are all very friendly with a very good image of personality An exceptional experience. I am going to miss the restaurant where we had breakfast daily and our favorite waiter was always Ramiro with an excellent attitude in the 4 days we stayed at the Safi Royal metropolitan. My wife and I live in Texas and when we travel we always stay in nice hotels with good food but here at this Hotel Restaurant the food and service is second to none. Thanks to all the staff at Safi Metropolitan in San Pedro Garza García. And we will definitely come back here.

Las instalaciones está totalmente nuevas a abril de 2022 ya que de inauguró en principios de este año. El problema es que aún están con implementaciones como en restaurante que siguen con algunos arreglos y no pudimos probar ya que estaba cerrado a la hora que llegamos (5pm) la atención del personal es excelente, las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, tienen enchufes y conectores USB al lado de la cama ambos lados cosa que se agradece mucho. El baño es amplio y moderno, tiene una mesita al lado con una buena vista. Great hotel situation in an excellent location if your intention is to be in the San Pedro Garza García area. The facilities are totally new as of April 2022 since it was inaugurated at the beginning of this year. The problem is that they are still with implementations like in the restaurant that continue with some arrangements and we could not try it since it was closed at the time we arrived (5pm) the attention of the staff is excellent, the rooms are very cozy, they have plugs and USB connectors next to the bed both sides which is much appreciated. The bathroom is spacious and modern, it has a side table with a good view.

Ahora después de quedarme aqui, sin duda será siempre mi primera opción. Desde el primer contacto con los trabajadores, fueron todos increiblemente amables y atentos. La comida es, aunque no es extraordinaria, es muy buena y te dejará satisfecho. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas e impecables. Referente a las instalaciones, son realmente hermosas y cómodas. En cuanto a precios, aunque a algunos les puede parecer elevado, si analizamos la relación calidad-precio, vale totalmente la pena. Me llevo el mejor de los recuerdos y felicito a todos los trabajadores de este lugar por su excelente servicio. We arrived at this hotel by chance, because all the others were saturated and another hotel did not respect my reservation. Now after staying here, it will definitely always be my first choice. From the first contact with the workers, they were all incredibly kind and attentive. The food is, although not extraordinary, it is very good and will leave you satisfied. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless. Regarding the facilities, they are really beautiful and comfortable. As for prices, although it may seem high to some, if we analyze the value for money, it is totally worth it. I take the best of memories with me and I congratulate all the workers of this place for their excellent service.

El hotel es hermoso, pero las habitaciones muy pequeñas y con pocas amenidades, aunque las que tiene son de excelente calidad. Mi habitación era de casi $4000 pesos por noche, no tenía tina, no incluye desayuno o algo más. El restaurante es caro, lo cual no sería un problema si fuera mejor la calidad de los alimentos, pedí unas botanas y bebidas y no eran muy buenas por lo que no me animé a pedir comida en forma. El servicio de check in, out y de alimentos en la alberca es muy muy muy lento, tuve que pararme a buscar meseros para pagar mi cuenta. La alberca y el parque son muy bonitos y vale la pena pasar el rato en ellos. I must accept that it left me with a slightly bittersweet taste. The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small and with few amenities, although the ones it does have are of excellent quality. My room was almost $4000 pesos per night, it didn't have a tub, it didn't include breakfast or anything else. The restaurant is expensive, which wouldn't be a problem if the quality of the food was better. I ordered some snacks and drinks and they weren't very good, so I didn't dare to order food properly. The check in, out and food service at the pool is very very very slow, I had to stop looking for waiters to pay my bill. The pool and the park are very nice and worth hanging out in.

The reception provided good service, very helpful in ordering taxi, shifting room type, even helped me to exchange US dollars to peso. The swimming pool and hot tub at 15th floor is enjoyable. However, I had a bad experience in the first day. I checked in at 1am to a room with a small platform outside of the window, the window is unlocked, I called the reception to send someone to lock it for me. I went to bed at 2am after locking the window with a key that hold by some else, and the phone in my room ringed in the morning at 9am asking me to change a room because my room was needed to fix some "emergency situation". I was so tired but still agreed to change to another room at 1pm in the afternoon. However, when I just about to sleep again in 15 minutes, someone knocked on my door heavily and asked me to change the room right away. I was so unhappy and ask them to wait until 1pm as what agreed by the reception. They told me it is an "emergency". I asked"what emergency". They can't tell cause they don't know... After changed to a new room with my sleepyhead, the air conditioner is not working at that room, sensing the problem but without fixing it, the lady took me to that room tried to left me there with the broken air conditioner. I asked about the air conditioner, then she truned around to fixed it. I felt like being treated as a push over. They gave me a box of snakes as an apology gift for the inconvenience, but it was actually from the breakfast canteen. I found it out by having breakfast myself that morning... I don't know wherever I should cry or laugh.

From the attentive customer services from the staff to the amazing restaurants that I dined in on the premises. Even after my departure I actually forgot some items in my room promptly after I called them they went and secured them for me. Definitely would recomend to anyone and I cant wait to the sky view suites are available.
