Pero el personal es de lo peor, les preguntas algo y sólo saben decir "no se", mientras realizan su tarea de aseo de las habitaciones (a partir de las 6 am) hacen demasiado ruido impidiendo dormir, azotan puertas, arrastran unos botes llenos de sabanas por los pasillos de las instalaciones, gritan, se ríen a carcajadas y si por algo sobre ocurre asomarse y decir "dejen dormir" o algo parecido, levantan la voz y se ponen a platicar aún más. Sin ese personal, se podría decir que está aceptable. The rooms are not that bad .... But the staff is the worst, you ask them something and they only know how to say "I do not know", while they perform their task of cleaning the rooms (starting at 6 am) they make too much noise preventing sleep, whipping doors, drag a few boats full of sheets in the halls of the facilities, shout, laugh out loud and if something happens to peek and say "let sleep" or something, raise their voice and start talking even more. Without that staff, you could say it's acceptable.
