H	Helena Anda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo es buen opción si quieres llegar a dormir, no lo recomiendo para nada más ya que en su reglamento está estipulado que tienes que dejar la llave en recepción cuando salgas a algún lado, pero también dice que no se hacen para nada responsables de los objetos que se puedan "perder", por las prisas no leí bien el reglamento, al querer cancelar el hospedaje de varios días debido a la razón antes mencionada, me comenta el señor de recepción que no me podía devolver nada de dinero, le tuve que insisitir varias veces para que aceptara devolverme parte del dinero, porque aunque solo estuve media hora hospedados se cobró el día completo. Aparte que la atención al cliente desde un inicio deja mucho que desear. Pero que la lavadora no desprende vellos y cabellos, no es buena explicación para el huésped, lo que falta es mejorar la calidad en el servicio. Buen precio y amabilidad, pero para el cliente es más confiable dormir y descansar en una cama altamente aseada.
