★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitación muy cómoda todo muy bien, solo el servicio del traslado al autobús estuvo pésimo no tienen coordinación para evitar demoras entre los huéspedes.
 Very comfortable room all very well, only the shuttle service to the bus was dismal and they have no coordination to avoid delays among guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel lo visite hace dos años también y sigue si hacer cambios para comenzar las tv son de esas de cajón si señal de cable solamente se ven como 4 canales ; las camas los colchones están desgastados ; la señal del internet no llega al 3er piso. El personal es amable. La limpieza no está tan mal .el chófer que nos translado al hotel muy amable y muy atento. Nota importante estás observaciones se las comente a los encargados del hotel y al chófer antes de dejar el hotel . Me comentaron que lo tomarían en cuenta gracias...
I visited this hotel two years ago as well and continue to make changes to start the tv's are those drawer if the cable signal only looks like 4 channels; the beds the mattresses are worn; the internet signal does not reach the 3rd floor. The staff are friendly. The cleaning is not that bad. The driver who transferred us to the hotel was very friendly and very attentive. Important note, these comments are made to the hotel managers and the driver before leaving the hotel. They told me that they would take it into account thanks ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente muy buena ubicación sobretodo muy buena opción para grupos o fam que llevan personas que no puedan subir y bajar escaleras o caminar tanto ya que están a la vuelta de la Basílica y no ai subidas ni bajadas. Buenas instalaciones solo las TV la señal es débil.
Excellent, very good location, above all, a very good option for groups or fam who carry people who cannot go up and down stairs or walk so much since they are around the Basilica and there are no ascents or descents. Good facilities only the TV the signal is weak.
