Hice reservación con 15 dias de antelación, me comuniqué el mismo dia en que llegaría mi grupo (se suponía todo estaba bien) y justo al momento de llegar me avisaron que no respetaron mi reservación. Me ofrecieron una colchoneta y eso es totalmente degradante, cómo puede ser posible que me digan que debo quedarme en una colchoneta en el piso? Si quisiera acampar me habría ido a otro lado. La "gerente" con la que hablé por teléfono dijo que no tenían ya opciones más que la colchoneta o que esperara a que llevaran un sofa-cama para la noche, ademas de grosera me quiso hacer responsable de la cancelación de la reservación. Jamás, pero jamás volveré a ese lugar!!!!!!!!!! APPALLING!! I made a reservation 15 days in advance, I contacted the same day my group would arrive (everything was supposed to be fine) and just when I arrived they told me that they did not respect my reservation. They offered me a mat and that is totally degrading, how can it be possible that they tell me that I have to stay on a mat on the floor? If I wanted to camp I would have gone elsewhere. The "manager" with whom I spoke on the phone said that they had no options other than the mat or to wait for them to bring a sofa-bed for the night, in addition to being rude, she wanted to make me responsible for the cancellation of the reservation. Never, but I will never go back to that place!!!!!!!!!!!!
J	Jude Le Medina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserve por booking la habitación a los días me hablan directamente del hotel para decirme que tienen problemas con booking que me harán la reserva directa con el hotel al mismo precio, yo sin problemas digo que si, llego y que no hay reservación a mi nombre que es en otro hotel y que si me puedo ir a lo que me niego porque por la distancia y así tenía que pagar transporte extra y ese estaba más retirado del centro. Me dicen no te preocupes aquí hay una habitación estará a las 3, llego 3:10 y me entregan la habitación hasta casi 3:40 todo sin mantenimiento y sin foco en el baño, las ventanas del baño con cartones y no había foco en la lamparas. No es ni el 10% de las imágenes que ofrecían en booking! P	Pamela Cortés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios altos (por la temporada de semana santa, en temporada normal desconozco), habitación con poca ventilación, no servía la luz principal, no pude usar el internet nunca (se desconectaba). Destaco completamente que la ubicación es muy buena. High prices (for the Easter season, in normal season I don't know), room with little ventilation, the main light did not work, I could never use the internet (it was disconnected). I fully emphasize that the location is very good.

Lugar muy viejo, la habitacion 1 esta como para no entrar, las "remodeladas" se ven "bonitas" en las fotos, en la realidad la habitacion desmerece mucho. Por el precio puedes buscar un lugar mas moderno y confortable. La recepcionista es muy amable y servicial, no merece trabajar en un lugar asi.

P	Patti Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a total Dump!!! Dont stay here. The room was overpriced, filthy, roaches and horrible views from all windows in room #4. I called orbitz to assist with this matter as I felt robbed paying over $220. Dlls per night and had endured a nightmare in this hotel that qualifies as a hostel or worse. Staff was apologetic but didnt make it any better ?. The walls are soil, coach soil, bathroom was filthy, beds super hard, pillows lumpy and faucet in bathroom was loosed, floors were disgusting. If this dump wants to charge top money for their rooms the least they can do is invest and make the rooms presentable, dont believe the reviews they are 100% fake. I believe the reviews and pictures posted online and experience the worst night of my life ??
K	K McT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low-budget place in a great location. Bed was good, but other furnishings and water pressure were bad. No kitchen in our apartment, just a microwave. They only had one room key for the 3 of us.
