★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy limpio, agradable y con buena vibra todo el hotel en general, el precio es accesible y aunque las instalaciónes no están al 100% en algunas habitaciónes no dejan de ser funcionales.
El comedor sirve desayunos y cenas muy bien preparadas y a precios muy accesibles, el personal en general es amable!
Very clean, pleasant and with a good vibe throughout the hotel in general, the price is accessible and although the facilities are not 100% in some rooms they are still functional.
The dining room serves breakfast and dinner very well prepared and at very affordable prices, the staff is generally friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No real hospitality or customer service. We paid for extra amenities, such as a fridge and microwave. All our cold foods spoiled and there was no apology given or gesture made to rectify the issue. The air conditioning was inadequate for the size of the suite we were in. We left a day early, and they made excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't refund for the remaining night. 80 pesos for a ripped towel that had already begun ripping. DO NOT STAY HERE.
