Los colchones son ortopédicos por eso se sienten poco duros, cualquier cosa que necesites no dudes en pedirla, otro rollo, botellas de agua, sábanas, etc. si olvidas algo, llama luego luego para que te lo guarden en recepción, a veces han tenido personal de limpieza que no avisa y eso ya no es culpa del hotel. Cuenta con TV, Wi-Fi gratis, estacionamiento las 24hrs., baño propio, agua caliente, ventiladores. Chilpancingo tiene un clima agradable.
