Horrific experience! You know that fresh, cool AC gust of air your anticipating when the automatic doors are opening from a hotel.... SCRATCH that! This hotel is so cheap they only have a mini split for the check in desk employees, so they can be nice and comfortable while on their Facebook and playing on their phones! I called twice before getting there to make sure the reservation was done correctly because I needed a room for my elderly parents that was close to everything and handicap accessible...... we got to the hotel at 2:30pm and was not able to check in until 4:45pm! Sat in the hot lobby while being eaten by mosquitos (fountain has water but not functioning so it created lots of mosquitoes). They had no restaurant that had AC for my parent to wait! When they FINALLY got me 1 of the 2 rooms it was not the handicap room and it was VERY far for my parents. My dad was in real need of his medication and oxygen treatments... yet that was not enough to get the hotel manager to take action other than call the cleaning crew to go get the room ready, but this was not until 4:30pm!!! We had gotten there at 2:30! Typically at this point a hotel would at least offer to comp you a drink, but we nearly only got a “sorry”. Overall this was a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Super kid friendly. The pirate ship is what caught our eye for the children. The pizza restaurant "Joey pizza" was definitely bad though. Super expensive and we couldn't eat any of it. The restaurant La Palapa by the pools is good. We tried to eat on the restaurants outside the hotel much better food. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived after midnight while a tropical storm was hitting the area. One of the windows was blown out at 3 AM and the front desk got us immediately a new upgraded room. Hotel needs some more maintenance and the rooms are simple and clean. Over all we had a nice stay and would go back.

Great family time! The pool is perfect for kids plus the food isn't the norm "hotel expensive". They had an amazing buffet during the weekend and during the week they have a a la cart menu that's delicious and priced the same as the restaurants around town.

I had made reservations for this hotel several months ago for a friends wedding they promote they are pet friendly staying in a standar double bed room with an extra charge of $300 pesos a night. I had try calling several times internationally and every time I called they would put me on hold saying the would transfer me to reservation I wanted to call to make sure my reservation was ok to take my dog and they would always hang up on me, I even send an email which I never got a response. When I got there on a Friday night first they the staff in the front desk ignored me for like 5min then when they proceeded to check me in I told them that in one of the rooms there was going to be a pet and the guy told me that was not possible because they didn’t have the rooms where pets can stay available I got super upset and told him I was traveling from the US 8hr drive what was I supposed to do with my dog I told him that I had called and they would hang up on me that then never responded me to my email so they are not pet friendly. After arguing for several minutes and me getting really upset they said it was fine for the dog to stay. The place does not look like a nice hotel it looks like a motel specially the rooms everything is super old and gross. The furniture is old and the rooms are dirty the bed sheets had stains the shower curtain had what it looked like a blood stain there were dead bugs there was no hot water, the toilets barely flush. I felt like I was sating in a gross motel but paid like I was staying in a fancy resort even if the hotel is old they need to maintain it clean I didn’t even wanted to dry my hands in their towels because they looked dirty and it just wasn’t me that had the bad experience it was everyone that travel to that wedding I felt bad that people that had never been to Mexico had that experience now they are going to think that all the resorts in Mexico look like motels and that’s is not the case. The only thing that was nice was the wedding.

This hotel has the potential to be very nice but it needs a lot of attention. The common areas are architecturally pleasing but in terrible sanitary conditions. Our room was worse, it was dirty and nothing in the restroom was working. We were only there in passing but definitely would not go back.

Check in was easy. The view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was just ok. Definitely needs some work and renovations. Many of the appliances don't work. The pool area was very nice. The beach was pretty well kept. The morning breakfast during the week was very good. The weekend buffet was very badly organized but the food was very good. The location is very quiet. The staff was kind and accommodating.

It was nice, but the beds were hard and it was very noisy. Also the hot tub wasn't hot ?
