★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La parte nueva cuenta con abitaciones con baño privado y aire acondicionado. Mientras que la vieja las habitaciones con un ventilador y el baño es uno comunal en mal estado.
 The new part has rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning. While the old rooms with a fan and the bathroom is a communal one in disrepair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son muy comodos pero los baños compartidos no tienen mucha higiene. Tuvimos un problema por el parqueo. La persona que atiende por las noches da muy pésima atención.
The prices are very comfortable but the shared bathrooms do not have much hygiene. We had a problem with parking. The person who attends at night gives very bad attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las imágenes hablan por si solas, lo bueno es que no huelen como huelen esos cuartos, atención pésima, muy inseguro pero ni modo, sirve de experiencia, no lo recomiendo en absoluto, por esta habitación pague $300, en lugares como Comitán pagas $270 en el real colonial (calidad excelente), ruido en exceso, horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable room for MXN 350 which is midrange for the area. The location is okay, close to the bus stop. There's a supermarket about 20 mins walk away. The downside is that the curtains don't fit well and get blown around by the fan. Also the bed is orientated awkwardly for the TV. The whole area has poor internet whatever hotel you get. Here at least it's usable for browsing but still frustrating. Overall I don't think the price is worth it.
