J	James Wernicke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw lots of backpackers staying here. Surprisingly quiet for being across from the central plaza of town. Clean pool and courtyard. Water refill station. Wifi didn't reach our corner room on the third floor very well.

My triple room was spacious but spoilt because the air conditioning from the ground floor was on my roof and extremely noisy until midnight. I was on the road side, but if you are in an interior room you can see the cathedral beyond the garden and swimming pool. Decent breakfast in garden. Wifi not always good.
f	flore voillequin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice 3 nights stay here. Room cleaned everyday, confortable beds, Big room ans bathroom, hot water, water to drink available. Nice staff at reception. We asked a quiet room and it was quite ok. The only bad point related to the hotel is the high price at 40 pesos for an americano coffee asked after it has been served.

There's a pool which I've never used because there's always couples or children, seems to be. But the hotel itself is big and in immaculate condition.

Friendly little ants were climbing on every surface and made sure to clean the toothbrushes in the bathroom and phones on the nightstands. Pool was cloudy, so just like the cenote we didn't swim in it. Too bad because all the photos were so nice. Oh, I recommend using the bed to train for being homeless because it's hard enough to prepare you to be ready to sleep on the street. Did I mention the staff is really nice?
J	Julius Lussenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic accommodations, priced accordingly. The location is perfect, as it’s situated in the heart of the city center. However, this hotel does not offer much more than a place to park your car and lay your head. Our toilet was missing a toilet seat, there was a semi-permanent mouldy smell and the beds weren’t selected with comfort in mind. There’s also the nearby church, that’s pretty bell-happy (something that doesn’t match well with the hotel’s general lack of soundproofing). Stay here if you want to save some money on lodging and you don’t plan on spending much time at the hotel anyway.

The hotel is older, but pretty awesome as it has a nice pool, spacious clean rooms with AC and cable TV, warm shower and a comfortable bed. The location is perfect as it is right next to the central park and cathedral. The price is fair, especially if you negotiate a bit. We had the option of paying more, booking online or paying cash. Price seems to change with occupancy too.
