Good price,clean,good service, but lack AC so found myself lacking some oxigen. the area its a bit scary at night!, some electronic stuff of the room was did not work , still general great deal in my opinion. not that far from the main downtown area, alevator feels a bit creepy at times, the air filter on the bathroom made a lot of noise in my opinion . rooms feelt new and clean.

It is a good place to stay, for an affordable price. Not AC, but city wheater has been comfortable enough to not need one.

Do this price, you won't easily find these features and this atmosphere in the city. It's a clean hotel with a good restaurant, but since it's very popular, you'll have to wait a little to get your food if you order room service. It's frequent to run into groups of travelers, no matter the season and the design of the hotel makes it a very noisy one. It's easy to hear people outside coming and going. The staff at the front desk is nice, but the rest of the staff is noisy and they do not care much for people sleeping, if it's already morning. You'll have hot water fast and can enjoy it for a while, but the internet connection to a not so good, in case you must work from the hotel. They have a parking space that's generally sufficient, but you have to order a room does not have a window to the street. Those groups of travelers generally come by bus, and the driver's like to keep the engine running for a long time before boarding, and they are noisy, not to mention that they add to the smog smell in the area.

This is an amazing hotel and the automatic choice whenever I'm in town. The Price/quality ratio is outstanding!! The restaurant offers a wide choice of food and drinks at a very modest cost - and incredibly, no extra charge for room service The staff is exceptionally nice and pleasant, and will always go the extra step or the extra mile. You really feel cared for, and it's absolutely a great hosting experience. Mucho recommended!!!

It's a Good place , Easily accessible from cathedral & downtown. Nice and calm place. Had a good Stay. Stay Room and washroom are clean. Automated light sensor rooms for better power save. Didn't tried restaurant in hotel. Yet to provide some good Internet speed . If internet was good it will be 5*.

Good location, affordable but if you get breakfast with the room, waiters don’t serve you well (differently). Not enough outlets in the room. Front desk is really nice!

Nice place , rooms are a bit pricey, but the area is in Mexico City is safe and nice

Charged my credit card twice and are refusing to reply. Not recommended to use this hotel, due to the many hours trying to correct this on my part. My preferred hotel was fully booked. Beware.
