Solo te envían un número de WhatsApp porque es su único medio de reserva, no pueden hacerlo de otra forma, llevo casi dos semanas intentanto tener una reservación, y nunca contestaron, llame al hotel, y nada ... Que solo por WhatsApp.... parece que uno tiene que estarles rogando para una reserva, insistí tanto porque me agradaron las instalaciones,.pero que pésima atención para la reserva
 Terrible service to book a room! They only send you a WhatsApp number because it's their only means of reservation, they can't do it any other way, I've been trying to make a reservation for almost two weeks, and they never answered, I called the hotel, and nothing... It's only by WhatsApp... .. it seems that one has to be begging them for a reservation, I insisted so much because I liked the facilities, but what a terrible service for the reservation
