★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelentes habitaciones solo creo q falta renovar el sistema de aire acondicionado x q tarda demaciado en enfriar la habitacion y corta mucho el compresor del aire de ahi en fuera todo muy bien
 Excellent rooms, I just think that the air conditioning system needs to be renewed because it takes too long to cool the room and cuts the air compressor from there on out all very well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemos mas de 6 años pasando a descansar en el hotel san francisco siempre que vamos en camino a michoacan. Aqui el detalle es que desde hace 3 años ya nos a tocado que la luz no hay en cuartos como la suite hay 3 en la parte de arriba. Luego agua caliente le hemos batallado y la Plomeria ni decir. Esta ultima vez Nos toco la plomeria de el baño tapada. Muy mal diseño de las cortinas y tina de el baño ver fotos. La verdad es que me gusta el hotel pero si ocupan mejorar y tener el hotel al 100. Ocupan asegurarse que la agua salga caliente mejor plomeria que no este tapada que la luz sirva y el pequeño refrigerador sirva este ultimo que nos toco estaba lleno de mold y olia feo y uno ocupa que sirva Ya que compramos luego Leche para los niños en el oxxo que esta al lado y se ocupa que sirva. Ojala mejoren esos detalles o nos veremos obligados a buscar otras opciones de donde descansar. Cliente ya desde hace mas de 6 años.
We have spent more than 6 years resting at the San Francisco hotel whenever we are on the way to Michoacan. Here the detail is that for 3 years it has already touched us that there is no light in rooms like the suite there are 3 on the top. Then we have battled hot water and plumbing goes without saying. This last time we touched the plumbing in the bathroom clogged. Very bad design of the curtains and bathtub in the bathroom see photos. The truth is that I like the hotel but if they need to improve and have the hotel at 100. They take care to make sure that the water comes out hot better plumbing that is not covered that the light works and the small refrigerator serves the last one that we touched was full of mold And it smelled ugly and one takes care that it serves Since then we buy Milk for the children in the oxxo that is next to it and one takes care that it serves. Hopefully those details improve or we will be forced to look for other options where to rest. Client for more than 6 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for years March 2017 was my first bad experience with cold shower and NO refrigerator. Last night I gave it another try and it will be the last. Cold shower again both at night and in morning. The towels are like sand paper with no hand towels or wash clothes or shower mat. We didn't want a remote however were forced to give deposit and take the remote. I mentioned to attendant about cold water and he asked if I checked something he didn't remember the English word. Not a happy camper.
