★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están limpias, el señor de recepción es atento y educado, pero la señora no, es demasiado grosera y poco servicial.
Mi estadía en el hotel no fue grata.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no cuentan con aire acondicionado, dicen tener internet pero nunca es posible conectarse,no hay señal en las televisiones, no hay toallas en la habitaciones y el agua de la regadera es fría.
Comentan tener un reglamento que nunca te es mostrado y por todo te es cobrado un extra o una multa las cuales son demasiado altas.
 The rooms are clean, the gentleman at the front desk is attentive and polite, but the lady is not, she is too rude and unhelpful.
My stay at the hotel was not pleasant.
The rooms are small and do not have air conditioning, they say they have internet but it is never possible to connect, there is no signal on the televisions, there are no towels in the rooms and the water in the shower is cold.
They have a regulation that is never shown to you and for everything you are charged an extra or a fine which is too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst part about this hotel is that the management don't seem to care about your stay once you pay. We were given a room that had a problem with one of the windows. It got cold at night and the only solution that the manager offered was an extra blanket. On top of that, the entire hotel is very loud. Guests are not asked to turn down the volume from their tv or keep it down. Its also not close to the historic center - management might tell you that but it's not true.
