★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaría bien arreglarán fugas de agua en los baños. Si en mas de una semana no se ocupan las habitaciones, deberian tenerlas abiertas para que circule el aire y se vaya ese molesto olor a humedad que tienen....y que cuando me he quedado ahi, desata mis alergias.
 It would be nice to fix water leaks in the bathrooms. If in more than a week the rooms are not occupied, they should have them open so that the air circulates and that annoying musty smell that they have goes away ... and that when I have stayed there, unleashes my allergies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está confortable, pero caro. 600 pesos la habitación doble. El recepcionista de la noche es grosero y prepotente. No tiene la mínima idea de Atención al huésped. Contesta mal y no disipa las dudas.
The hotel is comfortable, but expensive. 600 pesos for a double room. The night clerk is rude and pushy. You do not have the slightest idea of Guest Service. Answer wrong and do not dispel doubts.

Falta un plus para mayor comodidad, las televisiones son viejas, pero en fin, los cuartos son cómodos y agradables, con todo lo necesario para pernoctar.
Restaurante bastante bueno en el mismo lugar y estacionamiento no con muchos lugares pero si muy seguro.

Hay muchas áreas de oportunidad, como mejorar la amabilidad del personal de recepción que si bien es atento y no es grosero, esta por debajo del nivel requerido para hostelería y atención al turista. También podrían mejorar el sello de las puertas y cambiar las ventanas de persiana por cristal fijo para evitar que se escape todo el aire frío y haya que tener encendido el minisplit toda la noche.
Modest hotel, it has the essentials and is clean although it feels its age. There are many areas of opportunity, such as improving the friendliness of the reception staff that, although attentive and not rude, is below the level required for hospitality and tourist services. They could also improve the seal of the doors and change the shutter windows for fixed glass to prevent all the cold air from escaping and having to have the mini-split on all night.
