★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que capacitar al personal para que tenga un buen trato hacia los huéspedes, esas almohadas parecen piedras y demasiado ruido a hora muy temprana. Es decir: que si llegas a altas horas de la noche después de un viaje largo lo que quieres es descansar, no escuchar al personal platicando a gritos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cama no es muy cómoda, la habitación es bastante sencilla, la televisión muy pequeña y el agua caliente no sirvió durante la noche porque nos explicaron que falla cuando otras personas se bañan, pero fue lo más económico que encontramos, así que para el precio me parece ligeramente aceptable.
The bed is not very comfortable, the room is quite simple, the television is very small and the hot water did not work during the night because they explained that it fails when other people bathe, but it was the cheapest thing to find, so for the price I find it slightly acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno, bonito y barato. Sus habitaciones cumplen con lo básico, muy limpio, bonito y tranquilo y además mi coche está seguro en el estacionamiento.
Good pretty and cheap. Their rooms meet the basics, very clean, nice and quiet and also my car is safe in the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No muy bueno. Aroma de Motel barato. No Aire Acondicionado, solo abanico de Techo. Fuera de epoca falta actualizarlo. No elevador. Tarda 5 mins para salir agua caliente, se desperdicia mucha agua. Sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio básico y económico para hospedarse en Matehuala, la TV es pequeña y sin ser de paga, el wifi es lento y la habitación sencilla, pero el trato del personal es bueno, el estacionamiento está a una calle de ahí, no dentro del mismo hotel, pero parece que es seguro.
