★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool was under repair, our bed mattress one of the most uncomfortable things to sleep on, needed a lot of little details to correct in the bathroom, also there's no elevator to the 7th floor, there was a rug that never got moved it stayed the same our entire stay, and debris from ongoing maintenance same story. The only reason I gave the 2 stars is the price, the service and the location. Please people that own this property, walk around and take care of things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happily surprised! This will become my place in Culiacán. Clean, quiet, classy, central, easy trip to the airport about 20 minutes away. Restaurant is average for a hotel, but the staff is super friendly and the facilities are great. And the Vista really is Linda!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service attention is excellent from personnel but front desk. Reception need to train better the staff in order make guests welcomed. Restaurant service can be improved, starting for not having dead flowers on the tables Vases. The AC system needs an upgrade, city is very hot, temperatures can reach high levels and having a nice cool. Room is a nice perk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time since a came here in the soccer world cup south Africa ?. I enjoyed it. Swam in the pool. Had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at their restaurant.
There is a Pharmacy close by.
Beds were comfy and well functioning minisplit. Pleasant window view.
The school payed for this trip.
