Leí que había quejas del agua caliente pero yo no tuve problemas con el agua, me bañé en la noche (ya tipo 10) y también en la mañana (tipo 8) y las dos veces tenía agua caliente, no tibia, caliente! Es un hotel Rustico y las habitaciones son muy limpias; el servicio también muy bueno. Es por eso que par mis expectativas para un hotel Rustico le doy 5 estrellas The place is excellent to rest. We arrived and at the reception they attended us quickly and they were very friendly. I read that there were complaints of hot water but I had no problems with the water, I bathed in the night (already type 10) and also in the morning (type 8) and both times had hot water, not warm, hot! It is a Rustico hotel and the rooms are very clean; the service also very good. That's why my expectations for a Rustico hotel give it 5 stars

Negativa: A pesar de verse bien, la limpieza de la habitación el primer día, podría haber sido mejor (Cambio de sabanas de la cama) La ciudad es segura, pero el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio y debi dejar el auto en la calle.

A parte es más caro. ¡ Nada recomendado ! Las habitaciones en planta alta sin vista a la calle super tranquilas, no se escuchaba nada (salvo el timbre del hotel) pero bastante cómodas. La atención en recepción es muy buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones y del hotel estuvo muy bien.. Negativa: El estacionamiento esta en la cuadra siguiente (sin embargo dejamos el auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningún problema) y el agua caliente tarda mucho tiempo en salir, se desperdician muchos litros antes de meterse a bañar..

They even got me from the bus station and walked me over as I was new to the city and not familiar. Very secure, nice attentive service, once a week cleaning, and the apartment was beautiful. In the reviews people have mentioned no hot water, but it just takes longer than usual for the water to get warm. It is nicely located, a few minutes walk to Guadalupe st. I would definitely stay here again.
