Soledad Anita Pérez Carmona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible la atención en este hotel, pésimo el aseo de las habitaciones, sólo tienden la cama, ni la sacuden, no cambian las toallas, el estacionamiento sólo es para tres autos y de la forma como entras debes salir, no puedes dar vuelta al coche, le dieron un golpe a nuestro auto y no se hicieron responsables. La Sra Valverde administradora del hotel es muy grosera y todo se le olvida, al grado que se reservó con un mes de anticipación y cuando llegamos la reservación no estaba hecha, sólo la respetaron al mostrar los mensajes por whatsapp y los recibos de pago en el banco. La alberca no la limpian, no te ponen papel de baño, menos shampoo y ya del enjuague ni hablamos, los colchones parecen de piedra y las almohadas estàn tan delgadas que cuando te acuestas paraciera que tienes la cabeza colgada. El wifi no llega al segundo piso, menos al tercero, no habìa agua y para acabarla se fue la luz más de medio día. Nada recomendable este lugar y yo soy de Ometepec, pero no lo recomeindo, mi experiencia con mi familia fue horrorosa, nos arruinaron nuestras vacaciones. No se merecen ni una estrella, pero no me dejan publicar sino califico. Terrible attention in this hotel, terrible cleaning of the rooms, only tend the bed, not shake it, towels are not changed, parking is only for three cars and the way you enter you must leave, you can not turn the car They hit our car and they were not responsible. Mrs. Valverde hotel manager is very rude and everything is forgotten, to the degree that was booked one month in advance and when we arrived the reservation was not done, they only respected it when showing the messages by whatsapp and the payment receipts in the Bank. The pool is not cleaned, they do not put toilet paper, less shampoo and rinse and talk, the mattresses look like stone and the pillows are so thin that when you lie down you have your head hanging. The wifi does not reach the second floor, except the third, there was no water and to finish it, the light went out more than half a day. Nothing recommendable this place and I am from Ometepec, but I do not recommend it, my experience with my family was horrible, they ruined our vacations. They do not deserve a star, but they do not let me publish but I qualify.
J	Jesus Almazan Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues para poder descansar esta bien cumple con lo basico aun que deberian checar mejor añgunos cuartos por hay muebles que se estan pudriendo en la parte que pegan ala pared y en algunos se les olvida sacar la basura darle un poco de mantenimiento para que este mejor y aromatizar sus cuartos para que no tengan ese aroma a humedo. Well to rest this well complies with the basics even if they should check some quarters better because there are furniture that are rotting in the part that stick to the wall and in some they forget to take out the garbage give a little maintenance so that this better and flavor your rooms so they do not have that aroma to wet.
