★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve dos noches y la primera noche no salía agua caliente, tuve que bajar a recepción a pedir que predieran el calentador y sólo logró salir tibia y al otro día en la mañana no había agua porque alguien olvidó poner la bomba y varías personas del grupo turístico con el que viaje no pudieron bañarse y tuvieron que irse así por que la cita era a las 8 a.m. en recepción
Creo que el hotel debe de tratar de checar esos detalles de ahí en fuera todo bien
 I stayed for two nights and the first night there was no hot water, I had to go down to reception to ask for the heater to be turned on and it only managed to get warm and the next morning there was no water because someone forgot to put the pump and several people from the tourist group With the one who traveled they could not bathe and had to leave like this because the appointment was at 8 am at reception
I think the hotel should try to check those details from there on out all right
