★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The electricity service it is a real problem , you don't have well illuminated room , the hotel internet service is very bad , once in a while you have access to the wifi , it goes and comes a lot , the parking lot is terrible due you need a person to unlock the door in order to take your car out and also when you come back at night you need somebody to open the have for you , the same method with the main entrance always is locked need somebody to open the door for you , it does not matter if you are going out walking. The hot water for taking a shower takes a lot of time to come on , and never gets hot , I could say bearly warm after 10 minutes . They don't have enough electricity contacts to connect your Celular phone to charge up , tablet , computer , etc .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Was a comfy bed. not far from the park. And a very good pizza place. Staff friendly and helpful. Could do with extra blankets, it gets pretty cold in Comitan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After driving for 8 hours on a terrible road thru the jungle we arrived very tired at this hotel. After ringing the bell several times about 3-5 minutes later a lady came to the door with a cat but did not open it. Eventually a Man informed us that they could not honor our reservation as they do not allow pets. When I showed him his website that said they do allow pets he had nothing but a rude response before closing & locking the door. Very rude. Very bad being in a strange town trying to find a room at the last minute that accepts pets. First problem in 3 weeks traveling thanks to San Sebastian Hotel
