b	beto cordova bolaños on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel esta mal administrado la recepcionista ni siquiera sabe usar la computadora además tienen niños trabajando en la tirolesa y no me dan la suficiente seguridad también la comida cierra temprano y en la noche no hay además de que el agua de la piscina esta sucia y muchas de las supuestas atracciones estaban cerradas y el internet esta pesimo ni siquiera se envian los mensajes de whasapp no siento que valga la pena el dinero que pague :/ me he quedado en otros hoteles en otras ocaciones y estan mucho mejor que este la verdad no se los recomiendo The hotel is poorly managed, the receptionist does not even know how to use the computer, they also have children working on the zip line and they do not give me enough security, also the food closes early and at night there is not, besides the fact that the pool water is dirty and many of the supposed attractions were closed and the internet is lousy, they don't even send whatsapp messages I don't feel it's worth the money I pay :/ I've stayed in other hotels on other occasions and they are much better than this one the truth is I don't know I recommend them

La hamburguesa tmbn es muy buena!!! Recomiendo para después de paseo terminar ahí. El área de juegos de niño está excelente muy bien cuidada y seguro para niños:) I made use of the restaurant, I liked the experience, it is outdoors with an impressive view, the fajita tacos with handmade tortillas are delii!!! The hamburger is very good too! I recommend finishing there after the walk. The playground is excellent very well maintained and safe for children :)
D	Diego Vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cuarto está bien, con buen tamaño y limpio. La vista está muy bonita. Tienen dos albercas, sin embargo el agua está helada. Eso si vinimos en invierno. Lo que si no recomiendo es el restaurante. Unos tacos se tardaron más de 1 hora. The room is fine, a good size and clean. The view is very nice. They have two pools, however the water is freezing. That is if we came in winter. What I do not recommend is the restaurant. Some tacos took more than 1 hour.

El área de snack cerrado Y sin postre en el restaurante En el restaurante solo desayunamos y todo bien, se me hicieron precios justos. Ambiente muy familiar.El agua de la alberca muuuuy helada. Facilities very good... our visit was on a bridge, The day we arrived the person in charge of the zip line was not there, at night we wanted a michelada and the bar manager was not there? they only sold beer.. The closed snack area And without dessert in the restaurant In the restaurant we only had breakfast and everything was fine, fair prices were made. Very familiar atmosphere. The water in the pool is very cold.

No me gustó la forma de recibir a una familia de 17 personas les falta empatía, y aún rentando 4 habitaciones me cobraron x usar un asador $300.00 pesos y tienen un reglamento que no va con el estiló del hotel. Pero bueno una padrísima aventura estar x aqui unos días..... ? An excellent hotel in the Sierra de Tamaulipas in Gómez Farías, good facilities, excellent location, clean and comfortable. Missing a lot of good attention ?. I did not like the way of receiving a family of 17 people, they lack empathy, and even renting 4 rooms they charged me $300.00 pesos for using a grill and they have a regulation that does not go with the style of the hotel. But well a great adventure to be here for a few days..... ?
k	karina kuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien en general, la habitación estaba limpia, buena presión del agua, wifi regular, lo único malo es que no hay un horario de no ruido, hay huéspedes desde las 6am haciendo ruido y con música y los encargados parece no importarle, a pesar de que externé mi queja. La atención a cliente tiene gran área de oportunidad. The place is good in general, the room was clean, good water pressure, regular wifi, the only bad thing is that there is no no noise schedule, there are guests from 6am making noise and with music and the managers do not seem to care, even though I voiced my complaint. Customer service has a great area of opportunity.
O	O N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos quedamos 3 noches A pesar de ser un hotel bonito Fue una experiencia pésima en todos y cada uno de los aspectos, lo peor es qué hay muchos jóvenes con música alto y altas horas de la madrugada y el hotel lo permite, afectando la estadía de las personas normales que buscamos un descanso normal. Por la mañana personal de mantenimiento nos despertó con ruidos a las 7 am, luego el personal del restaurante cerró con broche de oro al dar el peor servicio posible, parecería que todos estaban de acuerdo en dar lo peor en cuanto a servicio . En fin ….. Jamás lo recomendaría para n lo más mínimo. we stayed 3 nights Despite being a nice hotel It was a terrible experience in each and every one of the aspects, the worst thing is that there are many young people with loud music and late hours of the morning and the hotel allows it, affecting the stay of normal people who are looking for a normal rest. In the morning maintenance staff woke us up with noises at 7 am, then the restaurant staff closed with a flourish by giving the worst possible service, it seems that everyone agreed to give the worst in terms of service. Anyway ….. I would never recommend it for n the least.
R	Ruben Avalos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not staied here but we went to vist to see it for our selves. Very nice place there are a couple of small pools, a bar with a spectacular site to the mountains. It's just like a 1/2km from the actual town of Gomez Farias.
