Good price for a good room. Bathroom clean, big and new. Excellent service.

You have the pros and cons.. The cons.... from the room I got, it was a suite? With the a/c.. the restroom.. didn't have no hand towels, nor a mat to step on when getting out the shower. Slippery floors. Waiting for a future law suit. I used my dirty clothes as a mat for me to step on. I also didn't like how the window is open? When knowing I didn't open it.. I also don't like the a/c had a timer. Which was never set as a timer. I also dislike that the key is a key source for your room to have power. And they don't leave an extra toilet roll. Nor pool towels at the pool area. The shower head and sink had alot of build up calcium.. and there was many dark dots on the shower walls and corners, which means mold.Room services was blah.. had my food order wrong. Who the heck wants mineral water for the aqua limon? It was horrible. So when ordering be good with detail. When there's an event..... prepare to stay up at 2am! At least give the people warning or something. Pros.. the pillows were comfy, the sheets were comfy. The woman that cleaned our room.. mop our room and fixed our beds nice. The pool was nice. You can park in front of your room. It was quite, when there was no events.... the security did an amazing job on checking who comes and goes. I liked that it's gated... ummmm. Didn't find no bed bugs.. so that's a good sign!

Loved the security. Thank the front desk. I got sick and they answer these phone asap .taxi at my front door. Excellent staff.

We stayed fri-sun. The photos of the pool drew me here, but it closes at 7pm! (while yet hot & full daylight). The rooms have no air conditioning, and you must purchase ice from the restaurant. When we got up in the morning to take the kids to the pool, we were kicked out and were told they added cleaning chemicals and it was unusable for the next 2 days, Why would you do that on a weekend!?!

Not bad. I stayed one night. The price was reasonable. The room could use some maintenance, but it was clean. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan, and it wasn't hot. My biggest complaint was the lack of electrical outlets. There was only one, and it was under a table. That makes it hard to charge your phone.
