Hotel Sands - 48987 Barra de Navidad

Tengo 5 años viviendo en hoteles por el mundo y este hotel lo catalogo como un Lugar con magia, sumamente interesante y hermoso. Su aroma único a maderas añejas, me encanta, similar a los hoteles que me he hospedado en Tailandia o Bangladesh, el personal lo más amable que he visto, el señor Alex se gana un 100, la señorita de recepción, lo mas amable que he visto. La verdad es un lugar que se debe de visitar, de mi parte han ganado un cliente. No es un hotel GT, ni de cadena, pero si es un hotel con humanidad y cordialidad, y lo mejor, es en el único que no he batallando por que el agua no es lo suficientemente caliente a toda hora el agua caliente de verdad es caliente.. un EXCELENTE LUGAR. Il suo aroma unico di legni invecchiati, lo adoro, simile agli hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Thailandia o in Bangladesh, il personale più cordiale che abbia mai visto, il signor Alex guadagna 100, la signora della reception, la più gentile che abbia mai visto. La verità è un posto che va visitato, da parte mia hanno conquistato un cliente. Non è un GT hotel, né una catena, ma è un hotel con umanità e cordialità, e il migliore, è l'unico con cui non ho lottato perché l'acqua non è sempre abbastanza calda, l'acqua calda fa davvero caldo.. un POSTO ECCELLENTE. Its unique aroma of aged woods, I love it, similar to hotels I have stayed in Thailand or Bangladesh, the friendliest staff I have ever seen, Mr. Alex wins 100, the receptionist, the friendliest I have ever seen. The truth is a place that must be visited, for my part they have won a client. It is not a GT hotel, nor a chain, but it is a hotel with humanity and kindness, and the best thing, it is the only one that I have not fought with because the water is not always hot enough, the hot water is very hot .A EXCELLENT PLACE. Son arôme unique de bois vieilli, je l'adore, semblable aux hôtels dans lesquels j'ai séjourné en Thaïlande ou au Bangladesh, le personnel le plus sympathique que j'aie jamais vu, M. Alex gagne 100, le réceptionniste, le plus sympathique que j'aie jamais vu. La vérité est un endroit qu'il faut visiter, pour ma part ils ont gagné un client. Ce n'est pas un hôtel GT, ni une chaîne, mais c'est un hôtel avec humanité et gentillesse, et la meilleure chose, c'est le seul avec lequel je ne me suis pas battu car l'eau n'est pas toujours assez chaude, l'eau chaude est très chaud .UN EXCELLENT ENDROIT. Stayed here on three different holidays over the years... very funky, friendly, good breakfast, nifty swim-up bar, modest rates. Not for the "resort minded" gringo, but for the not-too-finicky who live in the real world, it is a good bet. I hope to go again sooner rather than later. Barra is a good vacation spot, good food, laid back.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.Pool area was large and well kept Gardens are beautiful ❤️ and romantic.They also have a sandy recreation area with beautiful view.Near downtown and fab restaurants with great view.If you enjoy yachts and boats plenty to see.We will be back often.

Horrible experience and terrible service!! Stay away!! I do not usually like to leave negative reviews on properties as we all make mistakes; however, this time I want to warn travelers about this property as the pictures the property shows do not match the actual hotel. The property needs heavy maintenance; mattresses are really worn; and customer service is really poor. One more thing: NO ONE IN THE HOTEL SPEAKS ENGLISH. I wanted to cancel the reservation and the hotel staff did not want to give my money back and, since I was charged, I asked for an invoice, which they have not emailed. I have called multiple times, speaking with Adriana Ortiz, who says her boss is away and she cannot do anything to help me. She also mentioned I can contact the fiscal authorities and she does not care. TERRIBLE PROPERTY and TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Went to check out for Pool pass. Beautiful Gardens and excellent views. Did not stay at hotel.
