Too noisy, expensive parking, bathroom not working, one of our rooms was opened by the staff and we don't know why, the staff was having a discussion in the morning and woke us. Horrible please to stay.

DO NOT STAY! save yourself some trouble their pictures LIE the Owner/Manager doesn't have CLASS on how to talk and solve issues at her hotel with her guests. Me and my own friend stayed we were in SMA for work not for pleasure, first they don't tell you y are remodeling inside so it's noisy, they no PARKiNG LOT they don't tell you that you have to pay extra 150 pesos per day for parking around the corner on a parking lot, STAFF is ok except the owner who says she doesn't have to let you know inside her hotel you can't sleep, the road they are own specially on the weekends is very very NOISY, room #6 is the best room she had the guts to move us to a back room because we complaint about the noise and you would think it would be a better room but it wasn't no internet on the back rooms and it might seems nice on pics but bed is not comfortable at all. I took a video and also a snap chat of how the owner answer back when we said we weren't satisfied and that for future references she should fix the bathroom of the room she put us in very awful lady to treat.

DO NOT STAY HERE! if you like to sleep not the place to stay and relax. It's right next to where the main street it. Many cars and busses! The rooms have to be upgraded! Then you have to pay for your car to be parked. The car is not included in the hotel. 750 pesos I spend for my car to be parked! I really wanted to park my car myself but they say no we take your keys. The internet don't work in the back of the hotel only the one in the front. The lobby man don't respect the quest. In the middle of the night he had to make a lot of noise to water the plants on the roof and the plants in the front room we stayed at. If you get anything dirty you have to pay. So many things and I can go on! Stay somewhere else. DON'T DO IT! I have stayed at many hotels and never have I seen something like this.

I booked a room for 4 people and I was given a tiny room (room #6) that obtained one full size bed and one twin size bed. We informed them we were four people and couldn't fit two people in the twin but they offered to switch us to a room that had the same amount of space and seemed smaller. The rooms were tiny literally walking sideways to get to the other side of the bed. The restroom was very small as well. The room cost was a total of $80 USD which I found over priced for what we got. My brother was given room #1 and one of the mattresses was very overused and was slumping, it was also very small. Rooms do not have any central unit or aircondition. The employees were nice but I'm definitely not renting a room here again.
