It is a beautiful hotel, so comfortable and clean, the ubication is amazing due to isnin the downtown. I really enjoyed the hotel.

Great location. Everything else was okay. No AC in room. No pool. Extra charge for kids after being charged more than website says. Some staff was unfriendly.

Most of these reviews are fake - this is NOT 5/5 on Google. Brief background info. - I've lived here and visited virtually every restaurant/cafe within the historical centre and its extensive circumference. This hotel is the type of garbage dump that gains business purely on its location, which sadly allows for its survival. Populated by tour parties who are plopped here because they are too lazy to personalise their holiday's - this rip-off shop serves disgusting frozen/microwaved food at ludicrous prices to its ignorant elderly guests. It's probably one of the most hated places in town. In short, it is an atypical exploitative place that one always finds no matter what destination one may visit, anywhere in the world. Look at these Google reviews with a pinch of salt - its realistically a 3-star establishment with sub 3-star reviews.

A good choice, is right in front of the park and everything is just very close. I loved the courtyard surroanded by a beautiful garden they included breakfast with the stay and they stay, the rate is accessible, and fair for the hotel, beds are comfortable but only thing is that they don't have a king bed. It was clean very open and you could feel the air through the room. I really liked it.

Very nice place, close to a lot of restaurants. Evenings were cool so the lack of an AC in the room was not an issue. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed walking the square and neighboring streets during the evenings. Staff was generally friendly but few spoke English and we spoke little Spanish.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous for its location and its history (built in 1500s). however, the wifi is essentially non existent. when it would work, the signal was too poor to do anything. the front desk staff were constantly watching videos and streaming which I'm sure was apart of the problem. 2/3 days there was no hot water. there was a consistent buzzing noise in our room. they also only give you one key for a room which is quite inconvenient. overall, I would not stay here again, especially for the price.

Dec. 2020 - for a 2 bed room price was 890 pesos/ $ 45 USD The good: Historic house, spacious room in the old part of the house (a bit noisier as it faces the street but you can choose a smaller, quiet room in the new part of the house in the back). Very good beds with cotton sheets, very clean. Good location, free parking away from premises, restaurant, Internet available. The bad: Door lock looks very flimsy, TV had only one channel working, tiny bathroom, smelled bad (sewage), hot water but with very little pressure so you get cold as you shower, this made me switch hotels for a longer stay.

There has been changes There no longer is a pool, the internet doesn’t work, check your room to verify you have towels (you mite have to ask for some). I really like this hotel, people are very friendly, comfortable beds, it is pretty much in the center of the city! Parking lot is a bit far… but thats to be expected. 8/10 i do recommend.
