Everyone here can't do enough for you ...the cook/chef Antelmo is so sweet ..great at his job the wait staff are the same...great service ..I recommend this hotel ..we will be back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for what you get, rooms don't even have a safe for valuables or a fridge. Wifi is absolutely awful but most of the time it doesn't even work at all. Sheets on bed are stained and the walls are dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in an amazing location. It was still available in peak Christmas season, which was a surprise. It is clean and very basic. I would have given it 5 stars if all the towel hangers and light switches were hung crooked, haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its location is very convenient (close to the main bays), with delicious food prepared at the restaurant (give "garnachas" a try), and super friendly staff. The AC in the room was too loud for me, but its quiet mode helped to reduce the noise to a comfortable level. The pool needs a bit of upkeep, but it's large enough for these pandemic times, though. I'm definitely stay here at my next visit to Huatulco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is spacious and clean, food is good and staff it’s just ok. However you can hear every single noise from your room. They have like paper walls and it gets noisy. They also rent more than 50% of the pool to people that are not staying here. I would say those 2 things are an inconvenience and would not stay here again.

Pool is very clean.
Grounds are excellent.
Restaurant prices better value than the beach in Santa Cruz.
Only 70 pesos away by taxi to a great beach at La Entrega.
Room prices are best when there's a deal on.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stay and good location, short walking distance to restaurants and the Marina and nice small beach. The pool area and lounges are great to spend the time after a day in the beach, the beach towels service very convenient. Basic comfortable rooms but the bed sheets were a little uncomfortable, very friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurant food quality could be better, however the personal, waiters and people at the lobby were super nice and always willing to fix any situation. The gym needs to be improved, is kinda basic. I give 4 stars because of the people who work at the hotel.
