Lo malo es que hice mi reservacion con tiempo llegue la entrada era a las 3 y la habitación nos la entregaron hasta las 6 de la tarde debido a que le habían rentado horas extras a los huéspedes anteriores, muy mal servio en ese aspecto, y por lo que he leído en otros opiniones no es la primera vez que sucede que entregan muy tarde las habitaciones Hotel with excellent location, very good restaurant food, comfortable, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Hice mi Reservacion con dos semanas de anticipación y a la hora de mi llegada me dicen en recepción que no me harán válida mi reservación porque tienen sobreventa y ya no tienen habitaciones. Lo peor que para mi suerte no había hoteles con habitaciones disponibles, así que me tuve que ir a otro municipio. Ojalá que mejoren su servicio o capaciten su personal ya que ni siquiera tiene idea de como se mueven las OTAS. Sin duda algún no me hospedaria en este hotel, ni lo recomiendo. Terrible service. A totally reprehensible place. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and at the time of my arrival they tell me at reception that they will not make my reservation valid because they are oversold and they no longer have rooms. The worst thing was that luckily for me there were no hotels with available rooms, so I had to go to another municipality. Hopefully they improve their service or train their staff since they don't even have a clue how OTAS move. Without a doubt, I would not stay at this hotel, nor would I recommend it.
M	Marycarmen Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación del hotel muy buena, comida del restaurante igual, cuenta con una alberca limpia, amplio estacionamiento, las habitaciones limpias y conforta les, lo único malo es que llegamos al hotel a las 2:45 y las habitaciones aun no están disponibles porque las estaban limpiando,cuando el chek in es a las 3, tuvimos que esperar más 1 hora para que nos las entregaran, cuando nosotros habíamos hecho con tiempo, sugerencia deberían dar prioridad en limpieza a las habitaciones que ya están resevadas para no hacer esperar a los huéspedes. Tiene estacionamiento y aceptan mascotas con cobro extra $200 pesos por la limpieza. La alberca esta muy linda si te gusta nadar, bastante grande. No es un hotel de lujo pero para pernoctar esta bien. The rooms are simple but comfortable, the night cost $700 pesos for 2 people. It has parking and they accept pets with an extra charge of $200 pesos for cleaning. The pool is very nice if you like to swim, quite large. It is not a luxury hotel but it is fine for an overnight stay.
