★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del personal que atiende. Hicimos una reservación desde hace 2 días y "olvidaron" mencionar que de no llegar en el horario puntual darían nuestras habitaciones. Tomando en cuenta que es un viaje de varias horas que depende de muchas circunstancias en el camino dejaron a 3 familias sin habitaciones! No confíen en ellos.
Terrible service of the staff that attends. We made a reservation for 2 days and "forgot" to mention that if they did not arrive on time they would give our rooms. Taking into account that it is a journey of several hours that depends on many circumstances along the way they left 3 families without rooms! Do not trust them.
