★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a beautiful colonial hotel perfectly located in the zócalo. The rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, and wonderfully decorated. The beds are super comfortable with clean white sheets and fluffy comforters. The rooms are very quiet and have large televisions and 24 hour hot water. The El Mural restaurant is just next door and offers great food, friendly service, and a beautiful view of the zócalo. I love this town and will definitely be back. This hotel is in a great location to visit the Laguna of the Presa de la Soledad, where you can take boats to see the dam, waterfalls and a night tour of the luciérnagas (fireflies), a trip that is simply divine.
