J	Juan Wolfgang Andrade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sitio, sin embargo, les roban cable y/o piezas del transformador de enfrente y dejan al hotel sin energía eléctrica, de ahí en fuera, es un excelente sitio para descansar. Excellent place, however, they steal cable and/or parts of the transformer in front and leave the hotel without electricity, from then on, it is an excellent place to rest.

Las habitaciones bastante amplias, con grandes ventanales, nos toco una con vista al rio Tecolutla, muy bonita vista al amanecer. El restaurante algo basico pero con comida rica, atienden bien y rápido. El área de la alberca también esta impecable, el césped bien cuidado, el agua limpia y con buena temperatura. En general es una excelente opción para hospedarse cerca de Tecolutla. It is a somewhat small hotel with a very familiar atmosphere, the staff is friendly, the facilities are impeccable. The rooms are quite spacious, with large windows, we had one with a view of the Tecolutla River, a very nice view at dawn. The restaurant is somewhat basic but with delicious food, they serve well and quickly. The pool area is also immaculate, the lawn well cared for, the water clean and at a good temperature. In general, it is an excellent option to stay near Tecolutla.

Me prometieron cambiarme de hotel, una noche gratis, una comida gratis por los inconvenientes, sin embargo uno de los empleados se molestó y dijo que el no tenía nada que ver Muy mal capacitado parte del personal. Les pedí una vela para poder llegar a la habitación y ni siquiera pudieron darme eso. El hotel se vende como boutique, pero el servicio dista mucho de eso There was no electricity in the hotel for a whole day. They only offered excuses and promised that the light would arrive at a certain time. They don't have a protocol for those contingencies. They promised me to change hotels, a free night, a free meal for the inconvenience, however one of the employees got upset and said that he had nothing to do with it. Very poorly trained part of the staff. I asked for a candle so I could get to the room and they couldn't even give me that. The hotel is sold as a boutique, but the service is far from that

I would totally recommend this place if you would like to visit the beach (which is nearby) and have an amazing experience in Mexico! Definetely worth it, specially since it has free breakfast, and the pool service (not to mention the food is delicious)
