★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy bonito, y su restaurante tiene desayunos ricos. Le dejo 4 estrellas porque una bomba hacía ruido y no dejaba dormir bien, aparte de que el cuarto que me tocó estaba a un lado de una terraza donde sirven desayunos al público así que ya se imaginarán. También la alberca es muy pequeña. Durante mi estancia no pude usarla ni un día porque llegaban familias y niños que la usaban buena parte del día
 The hotel is very nice, and its restaurant has rich breakfasts. I give it 4 stars because a pump made noise and didn't let me sleep well, apart from the fact that the room that touched me was next to a terrace where they serve breakfast to the public, so you can imagine. Also the pool is very small. During my stay I could not use it for a day because families and children arrived who used it for a good part of the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff are greatly inefficient and unorganised. I booked this hotel three weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel reception I was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had already sold my reserved room. This is really bad, and will make my best to never come back to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place, awesome staff and great accommodations, rooms are a little small but other than this place is excellent. Steps aways from the main plaza. I booked in correctly our days and arrived a day after our reservation, the staff informed me that they might not have another room available but that they would keep me informed, luckily another reservation canceled and we just had to move to another room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you pay the deposit in advance even if they offer to take your reservation without it. We spoke to them over the phone way in advance and they were very nice and offered to hold our room without the deposit they usually require. We were denied our reservation on arrival and they were not helpful at all in securing another room or another hotel. We had to call around to find somewhere else and hope for the best on a busy weekend. Huge disappointment because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff is not welcoming.

The location was great 5min walking to the cathedral and price vs quality was very good too.The room was very cozy with good Internet and the water from the swimming pool was warm. The staff was very friendly as well. We totally recommend to stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful hotel with great views. The rooms are plain and clean. The staff is attentive, helpful, polite and professional. The restaurant closes around 2 p.m., but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The wi-fi in the restaurant was better than in our room!
