Yo reserve una agitation para mi y mis Padres. Después y se otra reservation para un familiar . Y nunca me dieron a saver que su no llegaban a tiempo yo tenia que pagar . Ese lugar . En pocad palabras me Robaron mas de 3000 pesos . Piensas que porque va uno de turista pueden cobras de mas . Ojos no bale la Pena. First and last time. It lacks many things that are as simple as an iron, or a hair dryer. I reserve an agitation for myself and my parents. Later and another reservation for a family member. And they never let me know that if they didn't arrive on time I had to pay. That place . In a few words, they stole more than 3,000 pesos from me. You think that because one goes as a tourist they can charge more. Eyes do not bale the penalty.

Tienen unas vistas maravillosas en cualquier momento del día. Y qué puedo decir del staff del hotel, desde que llegas te hacen sentir como en casa, no dejan de sorprenderte con sus atenciones y excelente trato. Manolo el dueño te hace sentir como un amigo, los chefs te deleitan el paladar mientras te platican y miman. Tienen catas de vino y cerveza... y como dije al principio, las palabras se quedan cortas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para parejas, o para cualquier persona que busque sentirse como en una historia de fantasía y darse una escapada y llenarse de paz energía y buena vibra con la belleza del lugar, el hotel y su staff. I really have no words to describe my experience at Hotel Santiurde, it was simply wonderful, absolutely every detail is fine thinking and leaves you with a feeling of well-being, the beautiful landscapes combined with the interiors of the hotel are spectacular. And what can I say about the hotel staff, since you arrive they make you feel at home, they keep surprising you with their attention and excellent treatment. Manolo the owner makes you feel like a friend, the chefs delight you on the palate while they talk to you and pamper you. They have wine and beer tastings ... and as I said at the beginning, the words fall short. I highly recommend it for couples, or for anyone looking to feel like in a fantasy story and take a break and be filled with peace, energy and good vibes with the beauty of the place, the hotel and its staff. Pero se queda corto en muchas comodidades, como por ejemplo, calefacción en las habitaciones, estando ubicado en un lugar tan frío. Siendo un hotel boutique, esperaba más clase en el trato del staff (la aparente encargada), y no una insistencia, por hacer uso de las instalaciones (lobby, cafeterìa, bar) para consumir alimentos o bebidas. Otro detalle bastante corriente, no fue el cobro adicional por hacer check in más temprano, sino que no se nos ofreció ticket o factura de este monto que cobraron por separado. También se nos invitó a un concierto en la noche, al cual no acudimos pues queríamos descansar, pero la música fue bastante fuerte, que sí llegaba a nuestra habitación. The hotel is nice; is to be expected for the price. But it falls short in many comforts, such as heating in the rooms, being located in such a cold place. Being a boutique hotel, I expected more class in the treatment of the staff (the apparent manager), and not an insistence, to make use of the facilities (lobby, cafeteria, bar) to consume food or drinks. Another quite common detail was not the additional charge for checking in earlier, but rather that we were not offered a ticket or invoice for this amount, which was charged separately. We were also invited to a concert at night, which we didn't go to because we wanted to rest, but the music was so strong that it did reach our room.

No es una opción para desayuno. First and last time we go for breakfast, the service too slow, for an American coffee half an hour to give it to you and the bread ran out quickly. The food good. Not an option for breakfast.

Su cata de vinos debe ser lo más excepcional, los sommeliers realmente lo convierten en toda una experiencia de mucho vino y comida que resalta su sabor. Para el desayuno, los alimentos son buenos, aunque podrían mejorar un poco el sabor considerando los precios. An exceptionally nice place in Real del Monte, the rooms are very good, modern, clean and pleasant like the rest of the hotel. Your wine tasting must be the most exceptional, the sommeliers really make it an experience of much wine and food that highlights its flavor. For breakfast, the foods are good, although they could improve the taste a bit considering the prices.

Algunas habitaciones cuentan con chimenea, por lo que no se pasa frío alguno durante la noche. El costo es un poquito alto comparado con otros hoteles en el centro, pero en verdad vale la pena lo que pagas. Además de que por la noche cuentan con cata de vinos los viernes y música en vivo los sábados. Tiene una cafetería con una vista panorámica de Real del Monte. Excellent place to spend the weekend as a couple. The attention is great. All the staff is very attentive and helpful. Some rooms have a fireplace, so you don't get cold at night. The cost is a bit high compared to other hotels in the center, but it is really worth what you pay. In addition to that at night they have wine tasting on Fridays and live music on Saturdays. It has a cafeteria with a panoramic view of Real del Monte.
