Hotel Santo Domingo - 99100 Sombrerete

Cold water was coming out, I had the need to go to reception twice and when bathing I came out in the middle of a bath. Personally cold water is something very unpleasant, I told the receptionist but they did not seem to care, at breakfast you have to read the letter well because It says Egg to taste and literally they only served 1 egg, the Orange juice was artificial, the only good thing was the coffee but when I asked for sweet bread, the lady who attended us told me that they did not have it, we had to accompany it with some cookies that we brought! The room expires at 12:00 P.M. but it was 11:45 A.M. and they were already calling to see if we would stay one more day due at 12 o'clock being the only guests because it was Tuesday, I decided not to discuss since I was back from a good trip, but a return trip with a bad taste from receiving so many disagreements meetings FOR SUCH REASONS I WOULD NEVER RETURN AND NEVER RECOMMEND IT !!!

Little hot water comes out in the shower, it lasts a few minutes and starts to run very cold. You have to turn off the tap for a few minutes and wait for hot water to come out again, but the problem that it starts to run cold again repeats itself. This happened in my room and the room of my companions.

I liked the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms according to price quality and has parking, very friendly and attentive staff, highly recommended

The food is delicious!!!! The cook has a delicious seasoning, we ate entomatadas, Club Sandwich and Zacatecan enchiladas, each of the dishes was enjoyed by the family (the rice is a delight), apart from that, the staff was very attentive when receiving us and the place was super clean. highly recommended?
